MERMAID MODE ANIMATIC
Here is a very animatic featuring some of the villains from my original project, Mermaid Mode.
Meet Bonito and Betta, the grave robbers, who are trying to convince the sea witch, Jintaci, that they should team up.
The voices were all done by me. I put together a quick accompaniment for the song using GarageBand and supplemented it with some sound effects from Premiere Rush.
This is a very primitive animatic, but I hope it gives you a glance at the dynamics between some of the Mermaid Mode characters, and my process.

From craft fairs to anime conventions to solo pop-ups, I have been vending since late 2022. My set-up has evolved over time, and as I do more events and learn more about my audience, I am always trying to re-imagine it. I love to tailor my set-up to the event I am attending and add seasonal flourishes wherever possible.

I crafted a foamcore stand to "frame" my sticker display for the winter 2023 market season.
